What do you do?
- Financial Planning & Management: Collaborate with leadership to prepare budgets, manage cash flow, and communicate financial risks.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth end-of-month/year processes, handle payroll, and reconcile accounts.
- General Administration: Liaise with stakeholders, support the principal, and be the school's first point of contact.
- Human Resources: Plan development programs, assist in recruitment, and manage employee relations.
- Compliance & Innovation: Document policies, support OHS standards, and recommend system enhancements.
What you need?
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business, accounting, or related field is a requirement.
- 3+ years of admin experience
- Business management experience
- Experience in the education sector is desirable
- Must possess a Current Working with Children Check.
- Experience in educational settings is considered desirable.
- Familiarity with Xero is a desirable skill.
