Woods & Co is thrilled to collaborate with a cornerstone of the educational sector in the Campbellfield area, as we embark on a quest to find an exceptional School Manager to oversee daily operations at a premier girls boarding school.

What do you do?

• Financial Planning & Management: Collaborate with leadership to prepare budgets, manage cash flow, and communicate financial risks.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth end-of-month/year processes, handle payroll, and reconcile accounts.
• General Administration: Liaise with stakeholders, support the principal, and be the school's first point of contact.
• Human Resources: Plan development programs, assist in recruitment, and manage employee relations.
• Compliance & Innovation: Document policies, support OHS standards, and recommend system enhancements.

What you need?

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business, accounting, or related field is a requirement.
• 3+ years of admin experience 
• Business management experience
• Experience in the education sector is desirable
• Must possess a Current Working with Children Check.
• Experience in educational settings is considered desirable.
• Familiarity with Xero is a desirable skill.
