About us
CUC Macleay Valley (CUCMV) is a not-for-profit, community-driven organisation, which is jointly funded by the Commonwealth Government under the Regional University Centre program, as well as the NSW Government and key local support. CUC Macleay Valley is part of an affiliated network of the Country Universities Centre with a network of Centres across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. CUCMV provides a free learning/study space alongside academic and wellbeing support. CUCMV recognise that students who study locally are more likely to engage in the local workforce, providing local organisations and businesses with new opportunities to employ highly trained local professionals. With this in mind, the Centre’s facilities and services are designed to ensure a more equitable access to higher education and training so everyone in the community has the choice to stay locally to live, study and work.
