Part-time, 25 hours per week - flexible arrangement. 50/50 hybrid.
What you'll do
- Help families find the SDN service that best suits their needs
- Follow SDN's Pathways Approach to ensure that families only have to tell their story once
- Facilitate intake into our Centres and Children's Therapies, ensuring high priority applications are dealt with expediently
- Update internal and external digital platforms as required
- Support Centre Administrators and Centre Directors to fill places and build their utilisation
- Schedule appointments with families and record the information into the database accurately and in a timely manner
- Follow up leads in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate client records, generating reports and support the team with general IT queries
- Assist in training new SDN Enquiry Team members in processes relevant to the role
- Support daily office functions and other duties when required
- Perform any other duties as requested by your manager consistent with the position.

Who you are
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Strong IT savvy including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM and external portals
- Ability to build constructive working relationships with colleagues and clients
- High level written and oral communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent customer service attitude and skills and good telephone manners
- Excellent time management skills with an ability to work autonomously
- Able to work within the hours of 8:00am and 7:00pm
- A Working with Children's Check clearance.
