- Proven experience in a leadership role within a scientific research / recruitment environment.
- Strong knowledge & understanding of scientific research methodologies and techniques.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals and deliver results.
