This role isn’t your typical Lead role.
This is the role that will see you ease into a management role with the full support and guidance of the Engineering manager.
You will partner with all our projects to ensure that they have the right skills at the right time within the piping team.
You will be a voice at the table for all proposal developments to ensure as a business we are aligned.
You will also get the chance to be involved technically for two reasons; 1. Help the projects and your team with your expertise and, 2. Keep you involved with the industry and the diversity of projects we have and not just stuck at your desk.
About You:
- Career aspirations to work on interesting and challenging projects.
- A genuine passion to lead by example and develop the next generation of engineers.
- Always ready to get that buzz of being able to work with and present to external and internal stakeholders to showcase what your team are creating, doing, and solving.
- Bachelor of Engineering.
- Experience in a design/consultancy environment in an engineering capacity and if you have worked on mineral processing and/or refinery, chemical plant projects a major tick the box.
- A mindset that seeks solutions to some of the world’s biggest engineering projects.
