AddressWe currently have an opportunity for an experienced Scrub/Scout Nurse to join our modern, well-established team on a Part-time basis, approximately 48 hours per fortnight. Experience in Ophthalmology is an advantage. This position is located at our North Lakes Day Hospital and forms part of the wider Nexus Hospitals Group.
You will be well supported by a friendly, experienced and dynamic perioperative nursing team. This is a fast-paced environment with a variety of surgical specialties and any experience within the specialties below is advantageous.

North Lakes Day Hospital has a broad case mix that includes Gastroenterology, Minor Orthopaedics, General Surgery, Pain Management, Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Ophthalmology, ENT, Oncology & Haematology.

About You:
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Experience in Scrub/Scout and Theatres
- Experience with Opthalmology advantageous
- Advanced clinical and technical skills including clinical problem solving skills
- Demonstrated commitment to continued quality improvement and best practice principles with knowledge of professional Standards and Legislation
