A Search Marketing Specialist! This role might mean different things to different people. What’s important is what it will mean for you…

It’s a nerdy role because we’re a pretty nerdy company. You’ll be in Google Ads, Analytics, SEMRush and Ahrefs most of your day. Add a bunch of AI tools we want you to harness and explore to improve efficiency and output. It is pretty clear that… you’ll be in the data.

Our head office is in Perth, but we don’t mind where you are in Australia as long as you have the character and passion to do the job and make a meaningful difference to our client results. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and manage targeted Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns, covering both search and shopping platforms.
  • Analyse the performance of digital campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar
  • Ensure all digital communications align with our client’s brand identity.
  • Apply precise data-driven adjustments to boost return on investment across digital platforms.
  • Control bid strategies to systematically reduce costs per click and per conversion.
  • Produce regular, detailed reports that break down campaign performance and offer clear, practical recommendations.
  • Initiate and implement innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge in digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years of experience in managing Google and Bing advertising campaigns.
  • A track record of improving campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
  • A sharp analytical mind that thrives on metrics and conversions.
  • A deep generalist knowledge of Search Marketing and digital advertising methods
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
