WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

As our Search Marketing Specialist, your role encompasses a diverse set of responsibilities. You will manage and optimise existing campaigns, ensuring they perform at their best, while maintaining close communication with key stakeholders for progress reporting and proposing innovative campaign strategies. Working in tandem with account managers, you'll provide essential market research, craft compelling proposals, facilitate client discovery sessions, and oversee the seamless onboarding of new clients. Your primary goal is to drive campaign success across various digital channels, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and more, while delivering superior customer service through innovation and effective client engagement, including regular in-person meetings.

YOU WILL NEED...

• 2+ years' experience in digital marketing - MUST have SEM Marketing as a main priority
• To be proficient in essential PPC tools, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console
• Proficiency in SEO software tools and platforms, such as SEMrush, Moz, or other SEO and SEM tools
• Proven expertise in various facets of digital marketing, including paid search, Google shopping, social media advertising and lead generation
• To be confident enough to conduct client meetings and adeptly discuss strategies, ideas, and performance
• Strong communication skills - Both written and verbal
• Agency experience
• Strong time management and project management skills - you will own your own portfolio of clients!
• Experience in conducting A/B testing and using data-driven insights to improve campaign performance

• Experience using WordPress, Zapier and any task management software
• Experience working across a variety of industries
• Certifications to support your knowledge and experience
