We are actively seeking Secondary and Primary Teachers who are interested in the opportunity to teach across Stage 3 to Stage 6 on a temporary contract or casual basis. If engaged on a temporary contract, some of your teaching load will consist of a small number of regular classes, otherwise you will primarily be supporting the College to cover classes across a range of stages and KLAs in the absence of temporary or permanent teachers who are on short-term leave. Essential Criteria
- A commitment to the Catholic ethos of a School in the Edmund Rice tradition.
- Demonstrated understanding of appropriate behaviours and professional boundaries that reflect child safeguarding values in practice.
- Qualified Secondary Teacher (note subject/s you are qualified to teach) or Primary Teacher with NESA Accreditation and approval to teach in NSW.
- Committed to excellence as a classroom practitioner.
- Ability to cater to a diverse range of learning needs through differentiation of curriculum.
Desirable
- Qualified and approved to teach Primary (Stage 3) Visual Arts, Technology and Applied Studies (TAS), Mathematics or Religious Education.
