We have been transforming premium beans into exquisite coffee for over 60 years and produce many of Australia’s leading brands including The House of Robert Timms, Bushells Coffee, Picco, Café-Bar and Europa.
We are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic, driven person to join our I.T team at Concord as a Junior Systems Administrator.
The Key responsibilities and duties will include:
- Provide end-user support to staff via phone and email for technical support inquires.
- Provide remote support and ability to remotely troubleshoot IT issues.
- Administer the set-up of new profiles, create, and update access permissions and maintain user account across multiple systems.
- Maintaining the full range of technologies including, but not limited to: Windows Servers, Office 365, VMware, Sophos, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Manage Engine (AD360 & Desktop Central Cloud).
- Maintain the ICT Helpdesk ticketing System (Manage Engine Services Desk Plus Cloud).
- Performing core admin functions to maintain system integrity.
- Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, networks, application software and system management tool.
- Active Directory administration.
- Virtualization: VMware, vSphere
- Administer and maintain backups for business-critical applications.
- Security administration and patching of software and hardware.
- Firewall implementation and administration.
- Wi-Fi administration and management.
- Core system and network support.
- Desktop / Laptop and workstation support.
- PBX phone maintenance and support.
The successful applicant will offer the following experience:
- Previous Systems / Network / Infrastructure administration experience.
- ITIL experience or certification.
- Skills with Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, Networking, Firewalls, VPN
- Active Directory and Group Policy management.
- Office 365 (Exchange) Administration.
- Network Management experience (Including SD-WAN, VPN & Firewalls).
- Antivirus management software experience.
- Competent in deploying and maintaining Applications.
- Experience in ICT system administration and support, infrastructure, and support and/or similar roles.
- Significant experience in delivering a high level of system administration support.
- Solid understanding of network technologies (switching, routing, VLAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including ability to provide solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong customer focus and the ability to collaborate with others.
- Experience with Dell EMC / HPE / Aruba technologies preferable.
- Experience with Apple devices. i.e., iPhone / iPad.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferable.
- Strong awareness of Data Security and good technical documentation skills.
