Belgrave Heights Christian School is located in the Dandenong Ranges, Victoria and is a thriving and vibrant educational institution established in 1983 with over 850 students from Kinder-Year 12.

ABOUT THE POSITION
An opportunity has arisen for a highly capable Learning Assistant to join our enthusiastic, close knit Learning Support team. It is an exciting opportunity to work with our Secondary School (Years 7-12) students in the classroom and in extra-curricular activities. This will be a part-time position and we are looking for applicants that are available 4-5 days a week for full school day hours. Employment will be during school terms only.
The successful applicant will:
Have capacity to actively engage with students across a variety of year levels.
Be a Christian role model to students and to all people associated with the School.
Participate in student devotions and provide an example of active Christian faith in response to devotions and other class discussions.
Have a current employer Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain one).
Actively support and adhere to the School's vision, mission and ethos.
A Certificate III in Education Support and experience working with at-risk children would be advantageous.
