Role Responsibilities:
- Uphold and nurture the culture and ethos of the school community
- Cultivate a secure learning environment that champions excellence and caters to diverse student needs.
- Employ modern teaching techniques to cater to individual student requirements.
- Evaluate student progress, offer timely feedback, and maintain meticulous records.
- Foster effective communication with students, parents, and peers, demonstrating utmost professionalism and respect.
- Participate actively in ongoing curriculum refinement and resource development.
- Fulfil supervisory obligations as needed to contribute to the holistic well-being of the school community
Relevant Qualification and Experience:
- Possess a current Working With Children Check.
- Hold registration with the New South Wales Education Standards Authority (NESA).
- Hold an appropriate degree relevant to the Secondary Positions across Multiple KLA Subjects.
- At least 2 references from your most recent employers
- Full working rights in Australia
