Form of workFountain Colleges, seeks a highly motivated Secondary Technology Teacher to join our team, specialising in teaching design technology classes. This full-time position (1.0 FTE) is a fixed term position beginning in Term 2 of 2024.
The Teaching Position includes teaching the following classes:
- Year 6-10 Technology (includes digital and design technology)
- Year 11 General Applied Information Technology
- Year 12 General Applied Information Technology

Selection Criteria:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and current Teaching Registration with the TRBWA (or be eligible for registration)
- Knowledge of best practice pedagogy
- The ability to deliver lessons that stimulate and engage all students
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
- Genuine acceptance and sensitivity towards students from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Initiative and motivation to embrace new learning opportunities and tackle challenges
