- Thorough understanding of all available food and beverage menu items.
- Thorough understanding of the order or service, and execution in a timely and accurate manner to achieve superior service delivery.
- Delivery of exceptional and professional guest service, ensuring all guests receive the high standard of service required, at all times.
- Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and wine
- Willing to go above and beyond for guest experience
- Excellent skills as a waiter
- Passionate about food, wine & hospitality
- Self-motivated, professional.
- Well-presented and punctual
- Good communication and organizational skills along with sound decision making
- Hold a valid RSA
- Have full Australian working rights
- Available to work nights and weekends (no Sundays)
- Must have worked in a bistro style setting previously
- Minimum 2 years as a waiter
