The role
As a Securitisation Analyst in our Group Capital Management (GCM) team, you'll be supporting the team in our liquidity, funding, and capital and cashflow requirements as well as the funding of our securitisation warehouses, trust management and treasury reporting.
What you will be doing
- Managing daily sell-in to trust warehouses
- Preparing monthly waterfall reporting including pool cut and cash flow reconciliation, triggers, funding, portfolio parameter and compliance reporting.
- Preparing monthly distribution and reporting as required by funding vehicles
- Performing daily cashflow and liquidity management activities
- Coordinating processing and funding related activities for the movement of loans and funds with the operations and finance teams
- Debt facilities management
- Preparing monthly management and board reports
- Liaising with external stakeholders including banks, rating agencies and trustees
- Supporting funder, investor and trustee data and information requirements and requests
- Supporting the day to day and month end treasury process (as required)
- Analysing and providing insights on funding vehicles, including performance, trends, and challenges
- Supporting the ongoing process improvement and projects initiatives within the team
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience in a securitisation role within financial services or asset finance
- Strong understanding of securitisation and trust manager responsibilities
- Understanding and experience of treasury including liquidity, cashflow and various financial instruments
- Knowledge of covenants and compliance of borrowing facilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage key internal and external relationships and partner with senior leaders
- Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting and software packages.
