AddressCGC Recruitment are currently seeking a licensed Security Alarm Installer with open cabling license for a full-time position in Kununurra. The role is permanent and will offer relocation allowance as well as a weekly housing allowance. The business is well established in Kununurra and are launching soon in Broome which opens the opportunity to consider Broome as a location in the near future.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
1-3 years as a security industry technician
Valid WA driver’s licence (C class minimum)
National police clearance
WA Security Installers Licence
WA Construction White Card
Open Registration Cabling Licence
Willingness to relocate and work in the Kimberley area of WA
Strong problem-solving, detail-oriented
Excellent communication and customer service
Independent and teamwork capabilities
Physical fitness, ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
Highly Desirable:
Mechanical and electrical aptitude
Knowledge of security systems brands like Uniview, Hikvision, Dahua, Alarm.com, Bosch, DSC, Ness, Hills Reliance, Inception, Integrity, AiPhone, Fermax, Ubiquity
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Install, configure, and maintain electronic security systems (CCTV, alarms, intercoms, access control)
Support deaf and hard of hearing clients with life-enhancing electronic systems.
Run data and security cabling for connectivity.
Conduct site surveys for installation requirements.
Collaborate with clients for tailored security solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Maintain accurate installation records and documentation.
