We are currently searching for an enthusiastic and engaging Security Concierge officer to join our team and help us provide a safe and secure environment for all of our clients and guests. As a member of our customer experience team, you'll be dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our guests that will leave a lasting impression. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Ensure a 5-star experience for clients and guests from arrival to departure, creating a welcoming and personalised experience.
- Maintain safety and security within and around the premises
- Respond to emergencies and help staff and guests follow emergency procedures
- Efficiently respond to safety and security queries and complaints
- Monitor surveillance to maintain an effective level of security
- Provide continuous improvement recommendations to enhance service quality
- Comply with the company's WHS policy and regulations.
- Assist the Customer Experience team where required.

- Professional Presentation – Ability to maintain a clean, neat and well-groomed corporate appearance at all times.

- Excellent customer service – Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent experiences to clients and guests.
- Strong Conflict Resolution – Well-developed conflict resolution skills with a focus on de-escalation and win-win outcomes.
- High Attention to Detail – Ability to quickly process visual and verbal information to efficiently manage risk in high-risk situations.
- Experience in Security & Customer Service – Proven experience in delivery of security and customer service to diverse stakeholders in a customer-centric environment, with a practical understanding of legislative and regulatory requirements
- Computer literacy – to enable accurate data entry, recording of information and experience with a variety of software and security applications.
