Concierge / Security Officers

Who are we looking for?

Challenger Security is seeking qualified and experienced full time, part time and casual Concierge/ Security Officers who are career focused and determined to join a team with excellent opportunities for training and promotion. You will work at 5 star Retirement Living Facilities across Sydney Metropolitan areas. Previous experience working in Retirement Living Facilities will be highly regarded or at a minimum, you must have previous experience working in other premier facilities involving frequent engagement with visitors and guests.

What will you be doing?

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees and visitors
• Maintaining working knowledge of the locations of various departments, routes and admission requirements
• Use computerised access control systems/CCTV
• Report detailed information to management
• Work within a highly successful team environment.

What you need to apply?

For this role, you will need:

• Current Security Licence
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Have a valid police check
• Previous experience in Security /Concierge/ CCTV monitoring
• Excellent presentation and grooming standards
• A confident and welcoming attitude to customer experience with high level observation skills
• Strong interpersonal communication and report-writing skills
• Be physically fit and able to perform the duties required
• Have been vaccinated for Covid-19 and Influenza
• Availability to work Monday to Sunday
