About the role
This opportunity is a full time permanent position based at Sunnybank Hills, Brisbane. The main function of this role is to fabricate flyscreen and Security Doors and windows. Having experience fabricating SecureView is preferred, but not critical. Quality and attention to detail is a priority for this role.
We have Security Fabricator positions available on our 2 x shifts:
- Morning shift - Monday - Friday 6am - 2.30pm
- Afternoon shift - Monday to Thursday 1.30pm - 12 midnight.
*Afternoon shift allowance paid as per the award. Overtime paid on both shifts
Your core duties include:
- Fabrication of the following products:
- Flyscreen doors and windows
- 7mm Security Doors and windows
- SecureView doors and Windows
- XCELL Privacy Screens
To be successful in the role you will ideally be experienced in the following:
- Previous Security Door and window fabrication experience
- Reliability is critical.
- Quality focus and attention to detail
- Willing to learn and follow instructions
- Have the ability to problem solve and use your own initiative
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously
- Punctual, and to have reliable transport to and from work with a current driver's licence
