- Plastic Surgery – Gentu Software
- Epworth Richmond – no onsite parking available. Nearby public transport available via Tram/Train/Bus. $12 Daily Parking nearby at Coles Richmond Trades (Subject to availability)
- 3 days per week – Mondays ,Tuesday and Thursdays. Non negotiable. Not suitable for for students with changing timetables.
- Medical reception experience is essential (Applicants with no reception experience will not be considered)
- This is a 18 month maternity leave contract with strong possibility of continued employment.

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
8:30am till 4:30pm
We are a small boutique Plastic Surgery practice seeking a Permanent Part Time Medical Receptionist. The successful applicant will have strong communication skills, excellent administrative skills and a professional phone manner. The practice focuses on quality over quantity and is not fast paced so that we can focus on the best possible service to our patients.
The duties needed for this role:
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Appointment book scheduling
- Emails
- Patient billing (including Medicare)
- Ability to work alone
- A warm and engagement telephone manner, including patient meet and greet
- Strong attention to detail
- Organisation skills
