- Ensuring contractual compliance, continual development and the agreed measured targets are met.
- Being a leader within the business and being an advocate for the ISS Leadership Principles.
- Driving employee engagement and maintain workplace health & safety excellence.
- Completion of any Incident investigation and participate in RTW onsite.
- Effective communication and consultation with broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong leadership capability - proven ability to influence others to a considered course of action.
- A core part of the strategic partnership of Perth Airport.
- Clear understanding the financial objectives. Involvement in rostering to ensure keep overtime below.
- Be experienced in motivating and managing teams including performance management, coaching, training and leading.
- Conduct daily and weekly meetings on operational elements. Ensure day-of operation delivery of security services according to agreed processes that meet or exceed our contractual/regulatory obligations.
- Exceptional planning, organisational and analytical skills. Be a change management champion.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and drive to deliver strong customer service.
- Act as the ISS Senior Representative during out of hours and ensure compliance to all ISS processes and security procedures.
- Ensuring all the screening lanes in operation and critical positions covered as per operational requirements.
- Conduct, observe, inspect and completion of audits of the workplace to the minimum requirements.
- Complete all operational reports, investigations, and inquiries. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- People Management of a large workforce including training, coaching, performance review, managing absenteeism and misconduct as per ISS policies and procedures in conjunction with the People and Safety Manager.
- Plan and implement the local site value proposition to meet our client's vision and objectives.
- Minimum 2 years previous management experience in a similar role ideally within the Security Industry.
- Experience in the management of large scale, diverse workforce across multiple sites in a highly regulated environment.
- Diploma or Degree in Business, or other relevant tertiary qualification.
- Proven ability to deliver to plan. Organised - outcome and deadline oriented.
- Compressive of an operational P&L and strong cost leadership focus.
- Ability to effectively and efficiently manage and control labour costs.
- Strong leadership, commercial and organisational skills.
- Ability to obtain an ASIC. Hold a Certificate II in Security.
