Our team are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Security and Emergency Operations Manager.
What you'll do:
Reporting to the Head of Security and Emergency, this role will be primarily responsible for the management of Perth Airport’s security and Emergency Operations, ensuring the effective planning of safe and secure operations whilst aligning with the relevant compliance and regulatory bodies.
This includes:
§ Developing, implementing, and monitoring the performance of security and emergency systems and processes.
§ Manage the response to security and emergency incidents, inspections and audits.
§ Manage security and emergency documentation.
§ Lead a team of security and emergency specialists
This role will involve a high level of internal and external stakeholder management, including but not limited to federal and public agencies, subject matter experts and the wider business.
About you:
You possess extremely high level of stakeholder communication, both written and verbally – with the ability to provide concise subject matter advice where required.
Previously demonstrated extensive corporate experience in security and emergency preparedness, investigation management, procedural and commercial expertise relating to regulating bodies and contracts management.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in the security field, with prior emergency experience being extremely valuable. This role will require a high level engagement with all levels of employees both internally and externally to the business.
