We’re expanding our Brisbane team and searching for a skilled Security System Maintenance Technician who shares our passion for excellence and innovation in security systems.

Role Overview:

As a vital member of our service team, you'll be tasked with:

• Servicing and Maintenance: Perform expert service and maintenance on leading-edge electronic security systems, including Access Control, CCTV, and Networks.
• Client Solutions: Evaluate client security requirements to recommend optimal solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Service Manager and clients to ensure timely and superior completion of services.
• Technical Support: Respond to service calls, providing essential technical support.
• Knowledge Sharing: Keep abreast of the latest in security technology, enhancing the team and client knowledge base.
• On-call Service: Participate in an after-hours on-call roster, providing support every eighth week.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: At least 3 years as a Service/Maintenance Technician with a deep understanding of electronic security systems.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge in Inner Range, Milestone Xprotect, and Networking.
• Licenses: Valid General Construction Industry Card, Security Providers Licence, ACMA Cablers Licence, and Driver's Licence.
• Skills: Excellent communication, able to work both independently and collaboratively.
