These roles require experienced individuals and those new staff willing to learn and develop excellent knowledge in site security, building management and fire control systems; under the application of standard operating procedures.
Having a Basic Traffic Control qualification is desirable. Also, experience in retail based security work is of assistance.
In addition to excellent communication skills and six star customer service attributes, the role requires the aptitude and knowledge to apply security risk and hazard management principles in the work environment. The ability to maintain strong working relationships with Clients and key stakeholders including local Police to deliver security that meet the needs of the site, will be paramount to your success in this role.
