About the Opportunity
Certis Security Australia is excited to announce the successful tender for additional services to Suncorp Stadium. We are currently on the search for our next superstars to join us on our new journey. Whether your a seasoned professional, looking for some extra hours or new the industry looking for experience and a place to start, we have the support and services to provide through this new venture.
We will be conducting multiple recruitment sessions where we can assess, interview and even offer employment on the day. Working at Suncorp brings you close to the action and atmosphere that Suncorp Stadium is famous for. The hours of work will revolve around event hours depending on the event, however Certis also services many other event locations as well as a large portfolio of Clients throughout Australia.

- Promote and encourage a team approach.
- Provide a customer service approach and maintain a fair, courteous and respectful manner in dealing with clients and customers
- Provide a high-quality security service at client locations.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Provide security escorts as required.
- Report and record security breaches and incidents.
- Respond promptly to incidents.
- Take a problem-solving approach to conflict situations and recognise the need to escalate situations to the manager/supervisor for attention as appropriate.
- QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control component (Essential)
- First Aid with CPR
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (Desirable)
