An exciting new opportunity exists for an experienced Security Systems Administrator to join our Security and Risk team, based in our Melbourne office.
As part of our wider Technology function, The Security and Risk team are integral to ensuring the ongoing confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Corrs' and its client's information.
The Security Systems Administrator will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the Firm's information Security Systems, event monitoring systems, vulnerability management systems and other security infrastructure, and efficiently responding to escalated security tickets and incidents.
This Security Systems Administrator will also play a key role in the ongoing enhancement of the firm's security and cyber risk programs in the face of an evolving threat environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the response to security incidents, ensuring a swift and effective resolution
- Analyse and document security incidents, providing detailed reports for management review
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and ensure timely remediation of identified vulnerabilities
- Respond promptly to escalated security tickets, investigating, and resolving issues in alignment with established protocols
- Identify and manage the implementation of security products and technologies
- Bachelor's degree with a specialisation in cyber security or information systems
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Cyber Security Administrator
- Proven experience in Incident Response Management, Vulnerability Management, and ticket resolution within a security context
- Familiarity Windows and Linux operating systems comfortably, and working knowledge of cloud environments such as Azure and AWS
- Familiarity with SIEM, Incident Response protocols, ISO27001:2013 and ACSC Essential 8
- Resilience and positive attitude when faced with high-pressure situations
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and think creatively 'outside the box'
