About the role.
- The role will be a hybrid role where you will support the sales team with customer orders but also be capable of technically supporting customers with queries and problems.
- Field phone calls from customers to discuss orders, assist customers with specifying CCTV, access control and intercom products that we supply.
- Programming and preparing Security equipment for installation in client premises, including IP cameras, building NVR’s, staging networked systems.
- Work with team to help configure servers, switches and video management systems.
- Follow quality control procedures, look for faulty components and report problems.
- Assembly of custom modules that are used as supporting items to service our industry.
- Working hours for this position are 8:30am to 5:00pm.
- Office located in Notting Hill.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate:
- A basic knowledge of electronic security/access control and CCTV would be advantageous, but we're willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of customer service.
- Problem solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
- Demonstrated organisational skills including the ability to work under pressure and multitask.
