The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing security systems, including access control systems, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair various security systems, including access control systems, video surveillance, intrusion detection systems, and fire alarms.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and system tests to ensure security systems function properly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve security system issues, including wiring and connectivity problems.
- Maintain accurate records of all system installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Provide technical support to customers and assist with operating security systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security technologies and trends in the industry.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in electronics, security systems, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience installing, maintaining, and repairing security systems, including access control systems, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems.
- Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical individuals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
