We are seeking the full-time services of an experienced Security Technician to join our Locksmith and Security team based on the Sunshine Coast. Your role will be to service, commission, install and provide training for alarms, access control, intercom, run cables, and CCTV systems.

Skills and experience
- Current manual drivers licence
- Current cabling licence (or the ability to get it)
- OHS (white) general induction card
- Working with children (blue) card (or the ability to get it)
- Proficiency in servicing or installing a variety of large alarm, access control and IP CCTV systems.
- Competencies in major industry brands
Duties and responsibilities
- Servicing, commissioning and installing a wide range of electronic security products
- Liaising with key customers on technical and service matters
- Travel within our service areas including occasional out of area visits
- Occasional after-hours call outs (if desired)
- Servicing a wide range of alarm/security systems, CCTV systems, Intercom Systems, Access control and integrated systems
- Cooperating closely with a team of technicians and administrative staff to attend to service call outs as they arise
- Providing outstanding customer service to all clients at all times
- Demonstrating ability to work unsupervised with attention to detail is essential
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the industry
