- Communicate with residents and their families to address concerns and ensure satisfaction with care services.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes, conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure high standards of care.
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff and visitors, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Ensure the facility complies with all relevant legislation, standards and accreditation requirements.
- Identify, assess and mitigate risks to residents, staff and the facility.
- Develop and update policies and procedures to enhance care delivery and operational efficiency.
- Build relationships with local health services, community groups and other stakeholders to enhance service delivery and community integration.
- Management Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage teams and operations effectively
- Aged Care Management Expertise: Proven experience in all aspects of Aged Care management, including clinical reviews and resident assessments
- Regulatory Understanding: Familiarity with the Aged Care Act, Principles, and Accreditation standards.
- Communication Skills: Robust communication skills, including conflict resolution abilities and clear communication with stakeholders.
- Analytical Abilities: Ability to critically analyze, evaluate, and provide well-considered advice.
