The Role
Do you have a hunger to identify and pursue new business opportunities whilst changing lives? We're actively seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager for the Illawarra Region.
In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving our growth by identifying and creating new business opportunities to extend our services. As a valued member of our community and client-facing team, your contributions will directly impact our expansion and positively influence the lives of many.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Allied Health Professionals, Support Coordinators, Mental Health Units and other key stakeholders
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our services, value proposition, and target market
- Strive towards exceeding KPI’s
- Identify new business opportunities such as new locations for expansion of our services; industry trends; and potential partnerships
- Promote United for Care by attending relevant expos and industry events
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the NDIS and relevant funding models
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to assist in sales and promotional activity
Skills & Experience:
- Hunger to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Demonstrated experience of success in a sales and Business Development role - within a service industry (preferably Health and/or Human Services)
- Knowledge of the NDIS Scheme and Disability Services is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication with experience of cold calling
- Valid Drivers License with your own vehicle
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing (highly desirable)
