Job description

Bridge Hearing Care is Seeking a skilled and passionate fully qualified Audiologist/Audiometrist to join our Sydney team. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive hearing assessments, diagnosing hearing disorders, and recommending appropriate interventions. Your role will involve working closely with patients, providing personalized care, and staying updated on the latest advancements in audiology.
Full-time/Part-Time role is available.

Job Description and Skills:
You will have the opportunity to work in alongside with experienced Audiologists around Sydney. We have flexible schedules, with choices to work 3-5 days per week.
This role involves working with clients from different funding sources, such as self-funded, HSP, and WorkCover. You will perform a variety of clinical tasks, such as:
• Adult hearing rehabilitation
• Conduct thorough hearing evaluations and assessments.
• Diagnose hearing disorders and recommend suitable treatment options.
• Provide counseling and education to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Hearing protection
• Cerumen removal
• No sales targets and freedom to fit a wide variety of hearing aid manufacturers.
• A high level of commitment to ethical and quality care that puts the client first.
• The skill to work collaboratively or independently.
• Outstanding communication and time management abilities
• Flexible to change and keen to seek professional development.
