About Us:

At Brisbane Livewell Clinic, we're dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of our patients through a range of Allied Health Services and Natural Therapies. Our team of skilled practitioners is committed to providing personalised care to their patients. We currently have:

• At Wavell Heights: Naturopaths, Clinical Nutritionist, Dietician, Physiotherapist, Acupuncturist, Hypnotherapist, Kinesiologist, Bowen Therapist and Mindset Therapy/Energy Healing
• At Cannon Hill: Naturopaths, Clinical Nutritionist, Massage Therapist (doesn’t work on Mondays)

We were established in 1979 and are the longest-running Wellness Centre in Brisbane. We’re growing and expanding under our hands-on Owner, and we’re seeking passionate and skilled Practitioners to join our growing team and help us turn our vision to a reality.

We have 8 treatment rooms at Wavell Heights and 3 at Cannon Hill, and we have some room vacancies around our current Practitioner times - we would love the right Practitioner(s) to come on board.

We love collaborating with our Practitioners and involving them in the growth and shaping of our Clinic going forwards, and you will have as much opportunity as you wish to share ideas and brainstorm with our Owner. We take compliance for your specific modality extremely seriously, and we prioritise making sure that our Practitioners are supported and have everything they need to practice the way they wish to.

Available Roles

We have some specific roles available, and we would also love you to express your interest in roles that aren’t set out below. Specific roles available are:

1. Acupuncturist (Cannon Hill) - various times/days available plus the ability to double-up rooms. You have the opportunity to build an amazing full-time practice should you wish, with access to a huge list of past patients who are desperate to find an amazing Acupuncturist after their last Acupuncturist moved cities.
2. Massage Therapist (Wavell Heights) - various times/days available - make this role your own and build up a deep practice at our Wavell Heights Clinic.
3. Massage Therapist (Cannon Hill) - Mondays - our fantastic Massage Therapist is too busy, and you would hit the ground running with new patient overflow on Mondays (when you would be the only Massage Therapist working that day). This role could be combined with the role at Wavell Heights, or 2 therapists could perform the roles.
4. We have a particular opportunity for a Holistic GP to form the foundation of a number of our health and wellness initiatives.

Apart from the above, we are open to various opportunities and options in terms of your specific modality and interests, and our Owner would love to hear from you about your practice area, patient focuses and goals.

We are happy to take on Practitioners on a non-exclusive basis, and with the view to building up your practice over time.

The Role:

As an Allied Health or Natural Therapies Practitioner, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, individualised care to our patients. You'll work alongside a team of dedicated professionals in a supportive and collaborative environment, where mentoring and cross-referrals are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop personalised treatment plans.
• Deliver treatments and therapies to patients in keeping with their needs and health priorities.
• Continuously evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and focus on patient retention long-term.
• Draft up patient notes and treatment plan following consultations.
• Engage in professional development opportunities to stay abreast of industry advancements.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
