We are excited to expand our Community and Brand team to better service our growing footprint in Queensland and seek a talented and experienced Communications & Brand Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
The Role
This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, exceptional copywriting and PR skills, and a knack for basic graphic design. With 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, you will be instrumental in shaping our brand presence and implementing our communications strategy. You will report to our Community & Brand Manager who is based in our Mooloolaba head office.
The following responsibilities outline the key tasks associate with this role:
- Maintain and update the firm website (with support from web developers as needed).
- Manage social platforms, including content creation, calendar management and engagement.
- Coordinate and copywrite quarterly newsletters.
- Coordinate digital and print advertising.
- Identify and execute PR opportunities, prepare media releases and statements, and manage media relationships.
- Support authors with blog content, maintain a blog calendar, and coordinate blog promotion.
- Publish and distribute weekly case summaries.
- Prepare new branded collateral and update existing as needed.
- Maintain stock levels of branded stationery, collateral, and merchandise.
- Research and source new branded items and apparel as directed.
- Prepare onboarding packs for new team members.
- Coordinate staff photos and write team bios for the website.
- Compile monthly community and brand reports, including social insights, website analytics, PR, and blog performance.
- Support Events Coordinator as required at TSP events (particularly for Brisbane based activities)
Qualifications
- Communications degree (or similar) is preferrable.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong copywriting, PR, and basic graphic design skills.
- Experience coordinating outsourced graphic design and web projects.
- Ability to develop educational content and manage comprehensive projects.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and prioritising abilities.
- A positive attitude and willingness to assist with various tasks as needed.
