As our Brand Coordinator, you'll be working closely with the marketing team and reporting to the Associate Director of Brand, Global managing the creative process for diverse projects.
Collaborating with stakeholders, designers, copywriters, videographers, and more, you'll ensure cohesive efforts towards our objectives and deliver top-notch results. Effective communication, from junior team members to senior management, is paramount to maintain alignment, workflow, and goal achievement. A solution-focused mindset and a passion for meticulous organisation are essential traits for this role.
Responsibilities
- Project Management: Efficiently manage concurrent projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Leadership Support: Assist the Art Director in delegating and overseeing design assignments, maintaining a cohesive and high-performing creative team.
- Tech-Savvy Tracking: Utilize MONDAY software to meticulously track all deliverables and timelines, ensuring a streamlined project management process.
- Campaign Initiatives: Take the lead in initiating campaign briefs for creative requests from internal and external teams, covering major events and special projects.
- Client Communication: Provide regular project updates to clients, project managers, and team members to maintain transparency and client satisfaction.
- Collaborative Coordination: Coordinate with printers, photographers, videographers, designers, and other creatives to plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns and materials.
- Event Planning: Plan and organize events, including store events, warehouse sales, and influencer engagements.
- Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, track monthly expenses, and input invoices for effective budget maintenance.
- Strategic Planning: Assist the marketing team in strategic planning for upcoming go-to-market activities, ensuring alignment with creative briefs.
- PR and Media Relations: Serve as the primary contact for all PR outreach, actively pursuing press opportunities and managing media relationships.
- Brand Partnerships: Proactively reach out to brand partners for collaborative design and execution efforts.
About You
- Demonstrates proactive initiative and foresight. Exhibits exceptional communication skills and consistent follow-up. Possesses a professional demeanour and outstanding organisational abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Platform knowledge. Proficient in project management software such as Monday. Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Prior PR & events experience. Familiarity with PR landscape and experience in a PR role. Track record of successfully managing events.
- Relevant academic credentials. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Knowledge of creative workflow and practices. Experienced in briefing and coordinating creative communications.
- Flexible mindset and a desire to work in a dynamic environment. Eager to gain experience across various marketing functions.
