The Successful Segment Manager
The newly created position of Segment Manager is a hands-on position. Reporting to and working closely with, the Managing Director. This role requires a deep understanding of segment management and marketing principles with a focus on profitable segment development. It's a fantastic opportunity to join at a time of transformation and growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct market analysis reviewing all key market segments, identifying gaps and opportunities.
- Create a roadmap for addressing these opportunities
- Execute roll out of new products, services & go to market strategies for key segments.
You will have a Marketing degree, circa 8 years’ experience, a mature and commercial perspective, Project Management experience and some research experience, ideally knowledge and experience in manufacturing, with the ability to add value through considered analysis and recommendation. You will be an intellectually curious person who listens well, has strong interpersonal and communication skills, is resilient and enjoys stakeholder engagement. An environmental appreciation and understanding of the circular economy is also desirable.
