You will need to possess team leading abilities, great customer service and fantastic telephone skills that can win new business with potential customers. You will be selling a range of storage solutions to both residential and business customers while also servicing existing customers maintaining our high standards. Training will be provided to enhance your skills and product knowledge.
Also you will be responsible to work hands on with a small team to maintain the storage centre, keeping it clean and well presented.

To be successful you will need the following:
- Proven Leadership and team management skills
- Previous experience in the Self Storage Industry desirable
- Strong organisational, time management and ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer focused mindset with commitment to outstanding service
- Proficiency in computer skills, various office and management software
- Pro-active and willing to make improvements and recommendations
- Proven sales record and motivated to reach targets and budgets
- Able to be hands on and flexible in all aspects of running a centre
- Maintain a safe and secure OH&S compliant workplace
- Current drivers’ license and police check required
