Role Description: As a Sales Representative at Freightmore Transport, you will play a pivotal role in our sales and customer relations operations. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of sales, client management, and marketing assistance to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients via phone calls to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service by managing client relationships post-purchase, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Facilitate the smooth handover of units to clients upon pickup, ensuring a seamless transition and positive experience.
- Contribute to marketing efforts by assisting in promotional activities, generating leads, and participating in marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and other sales staff to identify potential customers and develop sales strategies.
- Conduct prospecting activities and cold calls to build a pipeline of new customers.
- Attend sales meetings and provide updates on prospecting activities and sales pipeline.
- Prepare quotes and proposals for customers as required.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required.

Required Experience:
- Proven experience in sales of high ticketed items ($5000+), preferably in a related industry or B2B sales environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including knowledge of basic software applications and CRM systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively towards key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets, with a track record of achieving results.
