The role requires a strategically minded professional who enjoys the craft of our discipline, hunting for and driving client opportunities and coaching and developing team members.As a senior member of the team, you will work alongside the Sydney Lead to oversee communications programs across a diverse range of industries and sectors, provide strategic, day-to-day advice to clients and the team, and be responsible with your colleagues for the success of our work. You will also work as part of a national leadership team to identify, qualify and win new business, and train and develop the skills of team members.Approach and attitude

- Support the Sydney Lead to develop, train and mentor the team
- Contribute to and drive a positive, high-performing team environment with a strong culture
- Contribute to the progression and career pathways of team members, with the support of the Sydney Lead and line managers across Sydney and Melbourne
- Uphold our values, standards, guidelines and commitments as a national team
- Support the Sydney Lead ensure the day-to-day, on-the-ground needs of our Sydney team are always met

- Manage and grow a profitable client portfolio, achieving optimal productivity
- Identify revenue opportunities that deliver new and organic client growth

- Think on your feet to provide clients and teams with solutions to problems
