Due to new recent growth, this smart thinking data-driven agency is looking for a Senior Account Director (or experienced AD looking to step up) to lead projects across a great mix of corporate clients. There is a lot of interesting strategic work, so this opportunity would suit someone strategically minded, and who can talk business strategy with their clients. There is also the added variety of working across both Consumer and B2B campaigns. Main channels are Digital, Content, 1:1, Advertising and Communications programs
Reporting into the Group Account Director, you will have the support from juniors in the team. There will be plenty of autonomy in the role as you will be expected to lead your own projects.
To be successful you will:
- Ideally have financial service and/or corporate experience
- Previously worked on strategic clients and are strategically minded
- Ability to drive new business growth with existing clients
- Strong experience leading and managing integrated projects across initial strategy, brand and customer value proposition development, 1:1, digital, content, advertising and communications programs
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience working across B2C and B2B audiences
- Demonstrate an ability to mentor and help manage a junior team's workload
