About the Role
As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll work closely with the Account Manager and Account Director to oversee projects and jobs for a variety of clients. We're looking for someone who is driven, always one step ahead, and has excellent organisational skills to juggle various tasks and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, working closely to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Execute marketing projects, including creative production, media campaigns, social media and content creation, giveaways and events.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and prompt resolution of issues.
Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, industries, and goals to identify opportunities to grow accounts.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitive activity to improve services and stay ahead of the curve.
Our Dream Candidate
2-3 years’ experience in a marketing or relevant role. Agency experience is preferred.
Digital and social media know-how is a bonus. Experience setting up paid campaigns in platforms like Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc. Understanding the backend of e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Great attention to detail with strong organisational skills
Proficient in multitasking, prioritising tasks effectively, working independently and consistently meeting deadlines
Self-motivated and a self-starter, quick problem-solver
Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
Reliable with an outstanding work ethic

How to Succeed in this Role (KPIs)
Build strong relationships and be comfortable dealing with the internal team, suppliers, media and clients.
Understand the industry, market, business and goals of those accounts/clients you work on.
Take full ownership of the tasks and projects allocated to you. Know when to ask for help/support and when to independently find solutions.
Keep all your jobs on track and ensure deadlines are met and the clients are kept informed. Whether it’s the production of assets, rolling out social content, or monitoring and optimising digital/social paid campaigns.
Learn the agency’s procedures and use the tools and systems available to be able to complete a project from end to end, from quoting to invoicing and reporting.
Show your creative spark by bringing new ideas to the table. Actively participate in team projects, brainstorming sessions, workshops and team bonding activities.
