Duties and Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility is to work with a client base, helping them with everyday questions of operating their small to medium sized business.
- Plan, monitor and prioritise your teams workload
- Work closely with team members helping them with all aspects of financial statement preparation, tax return preparation, bookkeeping and payroll processing.
- Ensure quality, and have tasks and jobs done.
Experience Required:
- Ability to talk to clients in a way that they understand
- Experience in Australian Accounting Public Practice
- Great communicator, written and verbal
- Experience managing a team and a client base
- Knowledge around tax strategy and superannuation
- Highly Organised
- It is desirable to have; a strong bookkeeping background, experience using Xero, and knowledge of SMSF and their operations.
