Join a long-established and successful property, construction, and asset management group in the heart of the CBD as an astute Accounts Payable Lead. This standalone role offers the opportunity to conduct end-to-end Accounts Payable for the corporate office, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effective management of the function.
Key duties of this role include:
- Ensuring accuracy and currency of supplier details in the Accounts Payable database, avoiding duplication
- Credit card and corporate expense management, reconciliation, and ongoing process improvement
- Managing the Accounts Payable inbox and promptly addressing queries.
- Conducting month-end reconciliations
- Forecasting cash flow
To be considered, candidates should have:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounts Payable (standalone)
- Strong commitment to accuracy, well-documented files, and reconciliations.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Sufficient proficiency in computer skills (experience with MS Dynamics is advantageous but not mandatory)
