About the role
As the Senior Accounts Receivable Officer, you will manage a large ledger, handling accounts worth multi-millions in AUD per month. Our client's customers range from small to large enterprises.
The responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the Accounts Receivable ledger.
- Handle collections and customer communications primarily over the phone.
- Prepare and send written communication, including emails, as needed.
- Work closely with the Regional Credit Manager, and support a large team.
- Assist in the progression towards a team leader position, with potential upskilling opportunities.
- Minimum 5 years of local experience in Accounts Receivable.
- Proven experience in collections and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Navision.
- A personable and proactive approach to customer interactions.
- Based in the North Shore, just a 2-minute walk from the train station.
- Flexible work-from-home options available (2 days per week).
