As our Administrative Manager, you will play a central role in overseeing our daily administrative operations, managing job assignments, service reports, invoices, and facilitating communication with technicians.

Qualifications and Competencies:

· Demonstrated expertise in Administration management or an equivalent position.

· Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, with a keen focus on being punctual.

· Remarkable communication and interpersonal proficiencies, including the capacity to engage effectively with senior executives.

· Proficiency in managing confidential information discreetly and preserving strict confidentiality.

· Proven leadership and team management skills.

· Adeptness in utilizing office software (such as the MS Office suite and database management tools).

· Meticulous attention to detail and a superior level of precision.

· Familiarity with pertinent industry regulations and compliance mandates.
