To be successful, you will have the following:
• Strong administrative skills, time management, and customer service skills.
• Strong experience in office management with high attention to detail and a systematic approach to administration.
• High level of computer literacy, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat.
• Can identify key priorities, develop timelines and deliver key initiatives.
• Proactive at resolving situations affecting retailers, contractors and shoppers and following through on delivery.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with customers, retailers and contractors.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and act maturely and confidently.
• Team player who can collaborate with others and establish strong relationships with key business stakeholders.
The Position:
The Administration Manager is responsible for the management of all centre-based administrative functions. This role is required to provide support across multiple disciplines within the centre management and head office teams.
The role actively participates in tasks related to:
• Income and Debt Management
• Lease Administration
• Sales figures, Public Liability and Bank Guarantee collections
• Tenancy Delivery
• Report Coordination
• General Office Administration
• Point of contact for Retailer and Customer enquiries
• Marketing Support
• Business Development Support
• Meeting Coordination
You'll be part of a close-knit crew that includes Centre Management and head office teams, covering Finance, Leasing, Projects, Retail, Marketing, Operations and Administration. You'll also work with external stakeholders, including contractors, retailers, shoppers, local authorities and the wider community.
