LJ Hooker Alice Springs are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to assist in the busy Commercial Property Management Department. With over 400 properties under management, this role is both challenging and rewarding, with scope to progress within the company.
Duties include:
- Answering tenant enquiries
- Managing tenant arrears and lease expiries
- Applying rent reviews
- Drafting up lease documentation
- Coordinate maintenance requests
Whilst no previous commercial real estate experience is required, the following attributes are essential:
- Proficiency in computer software applications
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
