Senior Administration Officer

The Role At Infin8care, the Senior Administration Officer works with key internal and external stakeholders including the Facility Manager, Nursing, and care staff as well as allied health care professionals, residents, and their families to ensure the prompt and confidential administrative and sales support is provided in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. About YouYou are an experienced, administrator, who in addition to having an eye for detail, possesses strong written and verbal communication skills as well asRostering experienceGood working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products (word, excel, power point)Accurate data entry skills.Ability to “self-manage” and work to deadlines.A flexible and willing attitudeHave a valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or willing to obtain one)Whilst not essential experience in a regulated environment such as childcare, healthcare or similar would be well regarded as would a certificate II or III in administration.Who are we?Infin8care, is a rapidly growing leader in residential aged care with over 30 years of experience.
