- Staff are expected to be compliant with the timely and accurate input and collection of consumer related demographic information, diagnosis, outcomes collections and provision of service activity into appropriate applications. The data and information includes the electronic entry and completion of documentation to meet legislative requirements, including Mental Health Act 2016 documentation, admissions, discharges and transfers.
- Provide project functions to the Logan Leadership Team and work collaboratively with the Administration Support Officer (AO3) to manage the development, implementation and evaluation of quality or service planning initiatives which target service access or clinical demand
- Organise and collate agendas, coordinate meetings, provide a confidential minute recording and distribution service, manage follow up actions and prepare and distribute outgoing correspondence (including newsletters and other publications). This includes room bookings, arranging equipment and catering
- Manage administrative functions including but not limited to charts and records management, data entry using a range of computer information systems, production and actioning of reports, actioning of correspondence, minute taking, reconciliation of petty cash, budgetary or financial information, coordination of shared resources/equipment, and collation and dissemination of information or resources.
